DIY Kit w/ Brackets to Build a Pergola
⬩ Wall-Mounted 2-Block pergola with a 6x6 Frame
⬩ Slatted Roof (2x6s Atop Beams) + 2 Privacy Walls
Included in this Patio Pergola with Roof Kit:

4x base brackets (for 6x6 wood) - 2x wall-mount brackets (for 6x6 wood)
- 2x 3-arm post brackets (for 6x6 wood)
- 2x 4-arm post brackets (for 6x6 wood)
- 60x 2x6 insert brackets for 30 roof/wall slats (2x6 wood)
- Stainless steel screws (1.5-inch #10 self-tapping wood screws with pan/round head painted black) for securing wood into brackets
- NOTE: Wood (lumber) and anchoring hardware for securing the base brackets and wall-mount brackets are NOT included and will need to be purchased locally
This patio pergola with roof kit will accommodate any wall-mounted pergola ranging from 4-12 feet wide (attached to the house) by 13-24 feet deep (out from the home). Click here to see a pergola kit with the dimensions flip-flopped.
The kit includes a total of 60 2x6 insert brackets. While the intent is that 28 of these brackets be used for adding 7 roof rafters to each of the 2 roof sections (12' span each with medium spacing) and the remaining 32 be used for two privacy walls with 8 slats each (both 8' height with medium spacing), you can use the brackets any way you'd like (i.e. adding another privacy wall or half/partial wall, adding a side railing, increasing the number of slats in a roof/wall section, etc.). You can also purchase additional 2x6 insert brackets here.
