• More Info About Kit: This privacy pergola DIY kit will accommodate any attached pergola ranging from 4-12 feet wide by 4-12 feet deep . The 1-wall wood pergola does not need to be exactly 12' x 12' like in the images on this page. The kit includes 60 2x6 insert brackets . While the images on this page show that 32 of these brackets are used to add 16 angled roof slats (covering a span of 12' with closely-spaced slats) and the remaining 28 brackets are used to add one privacy wall with 14 angled slats (8' tall with closely spaced slats), you can use the brackets any way you'd like (i.e. adding another privacy wall or half/partial wall, adding a side railing, installing the roof rafters and/or wall slats straight up & down, etc.). You can also purchase additional 2x6 insert brackets here .
