• More Info About Kit: This kit for an attached pergola will accommodate any attached pergola ranging from 13-24 feet wide (attached to the house) by 4-12 feet deep (out from the house). The pergola attached to the outside wall of the home does not need to be exactly 24' x 12' like in the images on this page. The kit includes 21 2x6 rafter brackets so you can add 7 traditional roof rafters atop the beams of the pergola (each rafter running the full 24' width and covering both roof sections, with standard spacing between rafters). It also includes 16 2x6 insert brackets so you can add one privacy wall with 8 slats (8' tall with standard spacing between slats). If desired, you could reduce the number of slats on the privacy wall and use some of the insert brackets to add a side railing or another full/partial privacy wall. You can also purchase additional 2x6 insert brackets here .
