• More Info About Kit: This easy-build pergola brackets kit will accommodate any attached pergola ranging from 4-12 feet wide by 4-12 feet deep . The pergola attached to the outside wall of the home does not need to be exactly 12' x 12' like in the images on this page. The kit includes 30 2x6 insert brackets . While the images on this page show that 14 of these brackets are used to add 7 straight inline roof rafters (covering a span of 12' with standard spacing between rafters) and the remaining 16 brackets are used to add one privacy wall with 8 slats (8' tall with standard spacing between slats), you can use the brackets any way you'd like (i.e. adding another privacy wall or half/partial wall, adding a side railing, installing the roof rafters and/or wall slats at an angle, etc.). You can also purchase additional 2x6 insert brackets here .
