• More Info About Kit: This black steel bracket kit will accommodate any free-standing pergola ranging from 25-36 feet by 4-12 feet . The weather-wise pergola does not need to be exactly 36' x 12' like in the images on this page. The kit includes 54 6x6 insert brackets . While the images on this page show that 18 of these brackets are used to add 9 square inline 6x6 roof rafters to your pergola (3 rafters to each of the three roof sections, all a 12' span with far spacing between rafters) and the remaining 36 brackets are used to add three privacy walls with 6 square 6x6 slats each (all 8' tall with far spacing between slats), you can use the brackets any way you'd like (i.e. adding another privacy wall or half/partial wall, adding a side railing, etc.). You can also purchase additional 6x6 insert brackets here .
• Required Lumber and Cost: As noted above, wood (lumber) is NOT included in this year-round outdoor pergola kit, nor is the hardware you'll need to anchor the base brackets to a secure foundation.
