The pergola with an overhead canopy roof does not need to be exactly 12' x 12' like in the images on this page. The kit includes a premium quality charcoal gray shade canopy in your choice of 6 size options: 8x8, 8x10, 8x12, 10x10, 10x12 or 12x12. The canopy is made of fade-resistant 180 GSM High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) knitted fabric that blocks up to 95% of UV rays and is permeable to prevent rain from pooling on top. Each side of the shade canopy has 4 straps to keep it tight and prevent drooping. The kit also includes all necessary corner and side accessory mounts (including screws) to secure the shade canopy straps to the corner brackets and beams of the pergola. Finally, the kit also includes a charcoal gray privacy sun shade for one of the pergola's walls in your choice of 3 size options: 8' wide by 8' tall, 10' wide by 8' tall, or 12' wide by 8' tall.
