• More Info About Kit: This bracket kit for a pergola complete with roof will accommodate any free-standing pergola ranging from 25-36 feet by 4-12 feet . The roofed pergola does not need to be exactly 36' x 12' like in the images on this page. The kit includes 66 2x6 insert brackets . While the images on this page show that all 66 brackets are used to add 33 straight inline roof rafters to your pergola (11 rafters to each of the three roof sections, all a 12' span with closely-spaced rafters), you can use the brackets any way you'd like (i.e. adding a privacy wall or half/partial wall, adding a side railing, installing the roof slats at an angle, etc.). You can also purchase additional 2x6 insert brackets here .
