• More Info About Kit: This DIY kit for building your own wood pergola will accommodate any attached pergola ranging from 4-12 feet wide (attached to the house) by 13-24 feet deep (out from the house). The wall-mount pergola does not need to be exactly 12' x 24' like in the images on this page. The kit includes 64 2x6 insert brackets . While the images on this page show that all 64 brackets are used to add 32 angled roof slats to your pergola (16 slats to each of the two roof sections, both a 12' span with closely-spaced slats), you can use the brackets any way you'd like (i.e. adding a privacy wall or half/partial wall, adding a side railing, installing the roof slats straight up & down, etc.). You can also purchase additional 2x6 insert brackets here .
