This free-standing pergola kit will accommodate any stand-alone pergola ranging from 13-24 feet by 13-24 feet. The pergola does not need to be the exact dimensions shown in the images on this page.
The kit includes a total of 112 4x4 insert brackets. While the intent is that 72 of these brackets be used to add 9 square 4x4 roof rafters to each of the 4 roof sections (12' span each with close rafter spacing) and the remaining 40 be used for one privacy wall with 20 slats (8' height with close slat spacing), you can use the brackets any way you'd like (i.e. adding another privacy wall or half/partial wall, adding a side railing, increasing the number of slats in a roof/wall section, etc.). You can also purchase additional 4x4 insert brackets here.
