• More Info About Kit: This pergola is intended to be mounted to your house on the 10-foot width side and come out 7 feet from the home. If you want the pergola to be mounted to your house on the 7-foot side, you'll want this 7x10 pergola kit instead. Please note that the images above show a 12' x 12' pergola (rather than a 10' wide x 7' deep pergola for which this kit is intended). The number of roof rafters/slats will differ from what is pictured above since this kit's roof only needs to cover the pergola's 7-foot depth out from the house (not a 12-foot depth). That said, the spacing between rafters/slats will be very similar to what is shown in these images.
• Required Lumber and Cost: As noted above, wood (lumber) is NOT included in this pergola bracket kit (nor is the hardware you'll need to anchor the base and wall mount brackets).
