• More Info About Kit: This bracket kit for a pergola complete with roof will accommodate any attached pergola ranging from 4-12 feet wide by 4-12 feet deep . The roof-shaded pergola does not need to be exactly 12' x 12' like in the images on this page. The kit includes 10 2x6 rafter brackets so you can add 5 traditional roof rafters atop the beams of the pergola (covering a span of 12' with far spacing between rafters). It also includes 12 2x6 insert brackets so you can add one privacy wall with 6 slats (8' tall with far spacing between slats). If desired, you could reduce the number of slats on the privacy wall and use some of the insert brackets to add a side railing or another full/partial privacy wall. You can also purchase additional 2x6 insert brackets here .
