• More Info About Kit: This hardware kit for building a wooden pergola will accommodate any free-standing pergola ranging from 4-12 feet wide by 4-12 feet deep . The modern wood pergola does not need to be exactly 12' x 12' like in the images on this page. The kit includes 10 2x4 rafter brackets . While the images on this page show that all 10 brackets are used to add 5 traditional roof rafters atop the beams of the pergola (covering a span of 12' with far spacing between rafters), you can use the brackets any way you'd like . You can also purchase additional 2x4 rafter brackets here .
