• More Info About Kit: This DIY kit for building a pergola for a small space will accommodate any attached pergola ranging from 4-12 feet wide by 4-12 feet deep . The small 1-block pergola does not need to be exactly 12' x 12' like in the images on this page. The kit includes 18 6x6 insert brackets . While the images on this page show that 6 of these brackets are used to add 3 square inline 6x6 rafters (covering a span of 12' with far spacing between rafters) and the remaining 12 brackets are used to add one privacy wall with 6 square 6x6 slats (8' tall with far spacing between slats), you can use the brackets any way you'd like (i.e. adding another privacy wall or half/partial wall, adding a side railing, etc.). You can also purchase additional 6x6 insert brackets here .
