• More Info About Kit: This shade pergola kit will accommodate any free-standing pergola ranging from 24-36 feet wide by 8-12 feet deep . The Do-It-Yourself wood pergola does not need to be exactly 36' x 12' like in the images on this page. The kit includes three (3) premium quality charcoal gray shade canopies in your choice of 6 size options: 8x8, 8x10, 8x12, 10x10, 10x12 or 12x12. The canopies are made of fade-resistant 180 GSM High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) knitted fabric that blocks up to 95% of UV rays and is permeable to prevent rain from pooling on top. Each side of the shade canopies has 4 straps to keep it tight and prevent drooping. The kit also includes all necessary corner and side accessory mounts (including screws) to secure the shade canopy straps to the corner brackets and beams of the pergola.
