The kit includes 20 2x4 rafter brackets you can use to insert 5 traditional roof rafters over each of the 2 roof sections (12' span each with far slat spacing). You can purchase additional 2x4 rafter brackets here. The kit also includes 40 2x4 insert brackets so you can add two privacy walls with 10 slats each to your pergola (both 8' height with far slat spacing).
