The kit includes 28 2x4 rafter brackets you can use to insert 7 traditional roof rafters over each of the 2 roof sections (12' span each with medium slat spacing). You can purchase additional 2x4 rafter brackets here. The kit also includes 52 2x4 insert brackets so you can add two privacy walls with 13 slats each to your pergola (both 8' height with medium slat spacing).
